NsPro card not found or corrupted (ERROR 0x01)?


yesterday i work with nspro , and i remove box from pc when i plug again beofre 1 hour show me "NsPro card not found or corrupted (ERROR 0x01|" i try everything remove drivers install again , also i try in another pc same again , its hardware problem or soft ?

plz check if the smartcard drivers are correctly installed on your pc ans if the smartcard service is running on windows.

Drivers are corrupted somehow in this version.

Go to Infinity-Box support page (Google it)

You should precisely download : "Infinity-Box_Drivers_v1.6 rar" under the name Smart-Card (e-gate) and FTDI drivers.
Once downloaded, launch installer then search on c:\programm for the same name folder, I mean "Infinity...". e-gate (x64) drivers are in it and work great with other box...
Hope it will help.

I hop Elco will not delete it.

I lost 2 days reinstalling my PC thinking the issue was from it. It wasn't.
