hi friend there are 3 types of e 250 old,e250(d),e250v select right model in ns pro,if the pcb colur of your phone is blue its a e250(d) if its green then its a e250v otherwise e 250 old so gave a look and select right one and hit unlock,regards,suunnyy

hi friend make sure that only ns pro is connected during operation,configure ns pro to port below then 10,clean phone connector,also check your cable because there is no problem with this model,retry,regards,suunnyy

Check the cable, nspro box and phone system connector.
There is a bad connection on one of them.
