nspro driver problem!

I have tried installing and reinstalling my new nspro box, but I always get the same error that the box is not detected I am running xp sp3. so after searching the forum I found out that perhaps my drivers are not correctly installed. I have tried to manually install the drivers but I cant since nspro converter nor nspro box under usb controller. What could be the problem?

Right click on My computer->Properties->Hardware->Driver Signing
Select "Ignore" and "Make this system default" then click OK

If the box is not detected at all, it might be a bad USb cable, or a hardware damage on nspro USb IN connector.
