Hello all please help me with my NSpro. I have all drivers correctly installed but it seems like no phone will read the data. Please help me to understand what I need to do read the info from these samsungs. I've tried t139, a897, t469 with no luck. I am using the correct cables and making sure whether or not to have the battery installed. Nothing seems to be working

what version of NSPRO are you using?
what operating system is on the pc you are using?
did the cable you are using came with your NSPRO BOX?
