| nspro installation problem just bought nspro of recent downloaded the latest setup and installed the box when i open the executable file it usually show box no dectected remove box and plug again i have tried several time problem still not solved please advise |

| Plz check if NsPro drivers are installed on your PC. You should have NsPro Box, NsPro Port and NsPro Converter on device manager when NsPro box is connected to PC. |

| @elco just for the record, u ve ftdi bus, ftdi port and egate, which is for nspro box, port and converter unlck ns dongle dat installation manual comes with pictures nspro does not have and every1 just fluke |
