NSPro loading screen just white - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I've got a problem.

When opening NSPro I just get white Screen, where the loading screen normally should be.

Anyone can help me ?

I tried old versions too, same problem.

I twice installed Windows XP completely new.
Then tried one time with newest NSPro from yesterday.
And other time with 5.7.8

Please help.

brother try again download new setup again install may be it help

I think I got it solved.

The Smart Card was pushed in too far, so the egate smart card reader was not detected by windows...

So now it seems to work.

Will install my old xp backup again and check.
