nspro not working... URJENT help needed.. NSPRO TEAM PLS HELP!!! - GSM-Forum

hello
ive got this nspro which was working 1000 %, till yesterday..
my activation is still on..
in the device manager it shows
*Nspro Box
*Nspro Converter
fully installed
also reinstalled..
but 2day when i open the exe file it says NSPro box was not detected!
Make Sure box is connected and try again!

what can be the problem...???

URJENT HELP NEEDED, have a few phone customer shouting.//.

Problem in drivers .go in device menager and install driver manually.lock in diver date.
And ns-pkey not work insert in pkey reader like Jaf or Mx key

i had the same problem yesterday, do like this :
copy this file "FTDIUN2K.INI" from ns-pro driver folder in
C:\WINDOWS\system32 and run this inside "ftdiunin.exe" ,
uninstall ns-pro , unplug all boxes you have , use the atachment
to uninstall all posible ftdi usb devices ...restart pc , do not plug
any box to pc... instal the latest ns-pro 6.1.0 with all drivers...
plug ns-pro box point to ns-pro driver folder and let it install drivers,
replace all FTDILANG and simular if ask ... dont plug other boxes yet
if it hang when opening reinstall it from device manager ,
ns-pro box and ns-pro converter , but manualy select this
" ftdibus.inf " from ns-pro driver folder , for both , ns-pro box and
ns-pro converter , restart pc it should work and plug other boxes
and install them

Hi! I have same problem with nspro but this is happening after install mx box-mobileEx_setup_v3.5_rev0.0_20110513_00! First i uninstall mobilex v3.5_rev0.0 and reinstall nspro and drivers!But after reinstall mobilex with mxbox the Nspro hang on startup dont open! Is a conflict mxbox with nspro. The mxbox work fine but nspro dont open! You find a good solution for this conflict or must be use 2 computer? thanks! mmatty

I install mobileEx_setup_v3.5_rev1.0_20110531__7 and in this moment nspro and mxbox work fine! The bug is fixed. I hope for future no problems! mmatty
