For Error: connection establishing failed: 10060,
Connect your computer to the internet, make sure it is connected properly, connect your box to the computer and start NSPro program. It will automatically update your box and repair it.

For card not found, open the box and lift the card contacts high enough to contact the card when inserted or use another card reader for the card.

What about connection estabishing failed 10065???? which is the common one this days do we do the same????

simple internet connection was poor use latest update and check your scrumbeger @ jaaja
