Exclamation NSPro problems installing on Windows 7

I've tried to install NSPro on 2 different machines running Windows 7, 1 with 32 bit, the other with 64 bit, I can install all drivers except the smartcard reader. Windows automatically installs this driver:
Microsoft Usbccid Smartcard Reader (WDUF)
But gives the error: This device cannot start. (code 10)
When I try to force an e-gate driver the same error occurs or a code 39 error occurs, saying the driver is corrupt or missing.
I've removed NS Pro software and reinstalled many times, tried alternative drivers, tried to find a generic driver but can't find 1. Any help would be much appreciated, the 'technical support' at FoneFunShop are useless.

Also I can't register for the NS Pro support forum, the last validation field keeps saying I'm wrong, how many fingers do you have minus one?

Your NsPro use a Jcop smartcard, not a shlumberger e-gate card. The drivers installed by windows are just fine. Make sure you apply windows updates so the smartcard service can start on windows.

Open Windows Update and click Search For Updates. Then install updates.

I just checked on the internet...
Luck's like Microsoft messed up something with the Jcop smartcard drivers on windows 7 update...

So you have 2 options:
1. Remove the smartcard from NsPro box and connect it to a external card reader (ex. Pkey reader) so windows will use the reader drivers to access the smartcard
2. Use NsPro on win XP and install the drivers normally (Jcop drivers from NsPro Driver folder)

Thanks for the update. I've started using it on another machine with XP, works fine on it. I wonder if it's possible, as a temp fix, to get a backup of the old driver from someone and force the reader to use that?

The actual problem is not the driver files. Is the windows Smartcard Service that can't communicate with the card since updated to latest version.

The Jcop incompatibility affect's only windows 7 x64 and windows 8 x64 versions.

Windows x32 versions work just fine with Jcop smartcards.
You can find the Jcop driver on NsPro Driver folder on your PC.
