Member: 1655524 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | NSPro problems installing on Windows 7 Microsoft Usbccid Smartcard Reader (WDUF) But gives the error: This device cannot start. (code 10) When I try to force an e-gate driver the same error occurs or a code 39 error occurs, saying the driver is corrupt or missing. I've removed NS Pro software and reinstalled many times, tried alternative drivers, tried to find a generic driver but can't find 1. Any help would be much appreciated, the 'technical support' at FoneFunShop are useless. |

Luck's like Microsoft messed up something with the Jcop smartcard drivers on windows 7 update... So you have 2 options: 1. Remove the smartcard from NsPro box and connect it to a external card reader (ex. Pkey reader) so windows will use the reader drivers to access the smartcard 2. Use NsPro on win XP and install the drivers normally (Jcop drivers from NsPro Driver folder) |
