Question NSPRO Problems Please Assist Me

The recent driver issue that was killing the fTDI clones did not affect the NSpro box from what I saw but not too long afterwards the RJ port was no longer funcitoning and did not communicate with the phone. I wanna know what I can do to see if there is a fix or solution.

When I plug in the box the TX & RX do not blink and every other box I own does. I have tested for the same blinking upon connection on different PCs and laptops and with different cables on different ports so that factor of testing has been eliminated.

Any and All help is greatly appreciated.
