Post NSpro runtime error - anyone know how to fix this problem.

I have tried all the most common methods to fix this problem, reinstall etc etc.. but still get this message.

If anyone had this same fault and fixed i would love to hear how.

Solution:
Reinstall last software version and confirm all installation steps.
If problem persist, go to Program Files\NsPro\NsPro Driver folder and import "Exception.reg" file into windows Regedit tool

Open regedit and import "Exception.reg: file from NsPro driver folder into regedit. That will solve the problem.

At this stage, i have tried this already on 'FIVE' systems, and a NEW laptop. I still get the same message. Its quite clear that you solution to fix this problem Does Not work.

i am in this business nearly 10 years, i have just about every single peice of hardware/software on the market, some have problems from time to time, but, there is always a solution.

In this case i cant find a solution.

either you have a way to fix this problem, or you dont. If you do i would sure like to know. If you dont then i have been sold a useless box. many people have the same problem with nspro. So elco once again, can you please tell me how to fix this.

I have spend nearly 1500euros trying to solve this as i bought a new laptop a made a fresh install of nspro, but Still the same, so, its not a problem with my systems. Its a BIG bug in nspro.

Any help on this matter would be great

@Unlockcellular

Thanks for your reply.

But... you say 'it could be pure luck but worth a try'

What could be worth a try?

I did not install or reinstall directX.

On Nspro fourm, Elco is beey very very vague. If nspro team know how to fix the problem, who dont they tell??? - we all know why they dont tell!!!

maybe elco can shed some light on the subject?

Lol :-) Virus? I scan my computer close every day.. I have norton antivirus (original of course) in all my computers since 2000 and never got one.
The registry is perfect, maintained with all (and original as well) tools.
All my dll are registered and checked as path and as windows registry.
I've no other card readers, only the egate working on the nspro and how i explaned to the nsteam (i sent them all the debugs i made) the problem is on the security routine inside the nspro software.
I'm wondering give the software to one of the teams i work with (I'm IT manager in a company where visual C++ is used a lot) to bypass all the e-gate routines.. may be is the only mode i've to use the box after i spent my money on it.
The same team told me (they spent a lot of time on my desktop trying to fix the problem) that is ONLY A PROGRAM BUG.
Thanks for your help and all the best
Alex

Another Hint if anyone want make an effort about...

Ok.. as usual today I'm wasting my day off on top of the Holy NSPRO box software..
What i can see is:
If I take off the smart card of the reader i still get the error in the same Address..
Looks like the libraries of the program can't get the right return from the winscard.dll in italian of my computer.
Tried to install the english version but winxp don't give me the chance to replace it in the system32 folder.
have you made a proper trap routine in the software to get the error number when you check the e-gate reader?
Thanks Always
Alex
