S5600 causes NsPro to crash - GSM-Forum

I have tried to unlock S5600 several times and after entering *#7828 etc. and press ok, NsPro crashes.

I am using a standard mini USB cable with micro USB adapter, same one for Blackberry/ Fur Gold.

i'm very sad because, i tried unlock s5600 WITH special firmware for unlock and now the phone no restart!!!
do you have a solution for me mr elco

Flash with Any other FW from Support
Phone will be OK ...
About Crashing its Your Driver Confliction Problem Install Correct ones from NSPRo folder....
Dont worry After Flashing phone will be Ok simple GEtINFO to read Codes Enter and Phone WIll be Unlocked

why you flash the phone for unlock?
No need to flash it to unlock it.
Just use GET INFO function on latest nspro version and nspro will read the codes from phone. Then type in the code and the phone will be unlocked.

Make sure the phone is in qualcomm USB mode and is detected as "Qualcomm Diagnostic Interface" on windows device manager.
Use qualcomm drivers from ANspro/NsPro Driver/Qualcomm driver folder from your PC.
Leave the locks menu on the screen wile reading the codes

remove any Other Smart Cards COnnected to PC while working with NSPRO thats might helps

Thanks for trying to help again Amir but to long I have tried to get this working brand new XP install nothing else installed and still crashing, so for us we have to order another box

Open Your Box check Card inside ...Reinsert in Sim reader jacket..

1. Go to phone settings menu and set USB mode to "PC Studio" mode.
2. type *#782872# on the phone then tap "confirm"
3. connect the phone to USB cable. The phone should be detected as "Qualcomm diagnostic Interface" on windows device manager.
If the phone is not detected correctly, nspro will crash when try to unlock it.
4. start nspro, select S5600
5. type *#7465625# on the phone and leave locks menu on the screen
6. click GET INFO on nspro and wait for nspro to read and calculate the codes.
7. type in the codes to unlock the phone.

Thank you Elco I can see now it is driver problem but in NSPro folder it still installs as Qualcomm usb modem 6000, tried installing from.
C:\Program Files\NsPro\NsPro Driver
and
C:\Program Files\NsPro\NsPro Driver\Qualcomm driver
