OK its running now, but when I connect phone and press get info it does nothing, then press next, last operation unsuccesful. Same message when I press unlock. Phone is s5830, NS Pro dosn't seem to attempt to do anything no info or progress bar moving just sits and does nothing every time I try. Advise please Thank you. | |
