Thanx Elco. i paid for the activation to unlock a samsung t699 (Galaxy S Relay) and was surprised at how simple the unlock process is compared to the other tools i have.

it's helped a great deal bypassing the laborious driver installation and inputting of secret codes to complete the unlock process as the other tools do.
