Until when we will wait for NSPRO work well in the win 7 ??????

Its not really Elco's fault, the protection card inside (Axalto) is made by another company, they havent released Win7 drivers for it yet.

Exactly...
When Card programmer Company Axalto (now is Gemalto) will release Update for WIN7 support Drivers will be added in NSPRO Dist for Win7 users
