Operation failed! when trying to unlock V804SS - GSM-Forum

I using original t809 usb cable to unlock V804SS, i installed driver and choose obex port number, but i always get error message.
what am i doing wrong?

Unlocking phone...
Reading locks info...
Operation failed!

retry after install driver reboth ur pc or try on new pc must works

He said only that the software was tested with the one version he had.
