P3100 IMEI Repair - GSM-Forum

I have a P3100 that Repaired IMEI with Other Tool (Z3X & SPT).Now IMEI is ok but no Signal and when dial a number it shows "Out of Area Service".NSPro Can fix this problem? I have a not Activated one. If NsPro can fix this problem i want to Activate it. Please Help me NS-team and Professional users that test this function.

YES!
NsPro will solve that problem.
Just write IMEI on that tablet using NsPro and the network will be back on that tablet.
Tested and 100% WORKING!!!
