pc shutting down - GSM-Forum

ive replace the h/drive in my laptop,and reinstalled evrything back onto it ie=ns pro,ns dongle,se tools,v power box,universal box,problem is everytime i try to execute anything using ns pro my laptop is blue screen then shuts down,ive tried to unistall ns pro with the ftdi unistaller but get error message ftdiun2k.ini not found,all other programmes work apart from ns pro,ive searched the forum with no joy,please help me out on this one thanks inadvance wolfe

all sorted out now guys was a driver prob

I had the same driver problem m8, it was a conflict between Ns Pro and Setool3.

NSpro have problem with P-key only.(for me)

You are right

for me with jaf p-key if they are instaled on same usb port.

hey bud unistall ns pro convertor then reinstall it m8 prob solved for me install drivers from c:/drive,prog files,ns pro folder,ns pro drivers

That solution is not working for me, all I get is NSPro port was not detected, make sure box is connected & try again.

I have UFS3, USB-SMART & SE Tool installed on pc

thcoms i installed ns pro before se tools and its running 100%,if i dont and install se tools first then i have to install the drivers for ns pro evertime i want to run it

Manually changing IRQs and Port settings may solve this problem! (If you are advance user in PC hardware).
