Leave the phone connected to cable, puth the battery on the phone.
Power on the phone, then power off the phone, remove battery and try again.
Make sure that Nspro drivers are correctly installed and autoignition is working on your NsPro box.
More info about autoignition and driver problems here: http://www.nsdongle.com/forum/index....ic,2199.0.html

i´ve tried that and still doesn´t work, i know the cable is good becasue i´ve used it with other phones.

I have 2 NSPro boxes, in one of them the blue light does not turn on, on the other one it does turn on but when i click on write to flash the phone the blue light goes off.

I´ve reinstalled the drivers several times following the tutorial.

I also have another problem. i´ve installed the NSPro software on a couple of other computers, those computers had a fresh windows install, when i run the NSpro software it does run but after i choose the phone model number to work with and after i click on one of the opions read info for example the program closes automatically, any idea why?? i´ve reinstalled the drivers as well on these other machines following the tutorial but the results were the same, please help¡¡

That may be a power problem caused by bad USB cable that connect NsPro Box to PC.

nspro is too much buggy for flashing, if it shows different types of error while trying to flash d900,u600,u700,j700 and g600 , its nspro fault but elco is not in a mode to accept this. I flashed many nspro rejected phones many times on first try on ufs hwk.

The topic is entering tatmode while shows PHILIPS SEMICONDUCTORS. Why do you want to bring in another case which i presume already posted somewhere.
Pls let him attend to the problem on topic.

when it asks for this driver, ignore it, on nspro when flashing or unlock and giving you an error, try again and keep hold on power button untill process starts, i have this same problem, but ignore the driver message just keep hold on the power button.
