Phone dead after flash - GSM-Forum

Hello, i need a urgent soluction for this.

After flash a j700 with nspro, the phone is dead. Dont have power.

I tried to flash but blue light on but get the information " Powering on mobile... Boot request error"

When i make service jobs and select all, nspro reset all exept wap reset.

The phone is dead whant could i do...

PLease help.

download latest flash file ang try to flash

Select J700 on NsPro.
Go to Flashing menu and select bin+TFS flashing mode.
Select flash files to be writed on the phone.
Click WRITE on NsPro software then connect the phone with battery to NsPro cable and press power on key on the phone.
If the flashing operation still dont start, then the phone may have a hardware problem.

many tanks the phone is working now.

But have a problem that already have before.

Have full network but don't make any calls with any gsm network.

Already try to repair imei but the same.

If i try to make 10 calls shows the number dialing but dont have any information from other side.

just check your imei, it may be on 00000000.... try to repair using the imei repair option, do it several times if it doesnt repair the imei. that may solve your problem

Tanks for the help.

The imei is right, is the same on the back side of the phone.

But don't make calls anyway.

I now that is a software problem because this begins after flash the phone...

More solutions???

Try to write EEPROM ur problem will solve 100%.

Hello,

I try to flash the phone, with the eeprom but not work.

When i write eeprom the imei of the phone change is normal?

Still can't make calls......

Before flashing u r set is OK.......then why u flash the phone ?

Before fash the phone sometimes loses network then i flash. Now dont make any calls....

I flash the phone with flash to j700 and mine is a j700G.

Where i can get this flash?????
