Your nspro was first time used on 07.10.2009
So your nspro expired on 07.10.2010

The date from support area is the registration date. Not the first time usage/activation date.

Just one quick question.
once update is paid where it will show u the expiary date of one year?
I cant see the date that support will be expired.

Support (area) never expire.
Only activation expire.
