after updating ns pro to latest firmware my ns pro not initializing. all im getting is WAIT WHILE NSPRO INITIALIZING nothing else

after using ns pro for about four years i'm very disappointed in the support of this box. the one and only time i ask for assistance i didnt receive any

plz disconnect any other box from pc when using nspro box.
Make sure that nspro box drivers are correctly installed.

thanks for all help. problem solved i uninstalled all previous versions and reinstalled latest version and all was good
