Please Help Ns Pro Box Its A Nightmare

HI WAS USING MY BOX ONE DAY AND THE NEXT DAY IS CAME UP WITH THIS ERROR NS PORT NOT DETECTED PLEASE RECCONECT BOX AND TRY AGAIN
I FOUND THE POST OF HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM BUT CAN FIND THE INSTALLER NsPro v1.05c LIKE IT TELLS ME TO PLEASE HELP THIS HAS BEEN DOWN FOR TWO WEEKS CAN SOME ONE UPLOAD IT OR HELP THANKYOU

Here is the solution for driver problem on NsPro:

1. Uninstall NsPro software and delete NsPro folder: C:\Program Files\NsPro
2. Download new software version from www.nsteam.org/downloads.htm
3. Use uninstaller attached here.
4. After drivers are uninstalled, install NsPro v1.05c
5. Connect the box and windows will ask for drivers. Chose to select the drivers manualy and select Program Files\NsPro\Box Drivers folder for drivers path

Chose to continue anyway (durring drivers install process)

After all drivers are installed, you can start using NsPro software.

PS. This solution is tested on 10 PC's that have drivers problem before. So.. solution is 100% working. If you fallow all this steps, everything will be OK.

hi, you dont need the 105c installer specifically, you can use the latest.

also is the box detected in device manager!

Just install the last version and everything will be OK.

For info, NSPro box is the only gsm box that DOESN'T work on my shop's main pc, even using the latest NSPro v1.2 , etc. and following all procedures posted to resolved it.

i agree with that u said.. it is only this box that messes with other.. dont know why they dont fix it.. its about time to do so nspro team and elco.

please check your device manager for any conflicts, if you see any conflicts then try to resolve by clicking on update driver and select driver from NSpro folder.

if there is no driver conflict then i suggest you use externally powered usb hub to plug nspro into or use the one direct from the motherboard of your pc,

let me know if this resolves your issue

I had a lot of problems with this box.
most of the time it wouldn't work. when it did it never unlocked any phones, always failed. I sent it back got new one and now 100% perfect. this is the best tool for unlocking samsung phones.
you just might have gotten a bad one.

I have one NSPRO gold, still problem on installing....
it never asked for drivers when i connect it...
ELCO boxes are very hard to install and get work. ( both old ns and new nspro)

I'm still loosing my phones, cause i couldn't install this box till now.
I used the latest versions.

Everything that you have to do is to install last software version and to confirm all installation steps. Is so hard to click "Continue Anyway" and "YES" on driver installation and registry setup?

And installer tell you where to luck for help if you need it for installing the software. Just need to READ what installer tell you.

it is just like installing a computer souncard, so simple, once you have installed the nspro software,

then right-click on my computer and scroll down to "properties"

when you have done that then click on the hardware tab........easy huh ??

when you have done that click on the device manager button which is near the top about one quarter of the way down.

in the new window you will see all the devices connected to your machine, if any of these has a yellow mark next to it like ? or !
then right click on this a select to update driver, when computer ask you location of driver then select nspro folder,

the computer will have to install 3 things including e-gate card, nspro box and nspro comport (this has to be below 20)

then after that your nspro will be installed

I found a simple solution that might work for you (to all too) cause it worked for me. I just experimented on ASSIGNING it to different COM PORTS and VIOLA, my dongle is now detected!


PS: I suggest com ports that will be assigned to, should not be shared to other drivers.

Read carefully my post, I already tried ALL mentioned solutions by Elco, but "box not detected" problem WASN'T resolved. NSPro stilll DOESN'T work on my main shop's machine while OTHER GSM SOFTWARES WORKS including even NS DONGLE. I know, there are still software issues that should be
iron out to completely resolve this problem. For the mean time, I will rest my NSPro box in shielves waiting for right solution to arrive.

I don't know how all of you made problems
Box is fine and for me work at my first start before one mounth without any problem, exept I must connect only to one usb dock where was first time detected/instaled.

when we install new soft, do we need to uninstal previous soft or can be rewrited by new soft?

I too had this same problem and tried all the fixes that have been mentioned.
The only thing that fixed mine was to install Win XP again, a bit of a pain but as soon as i installed NS PRO again it was instantly recognised.
