Member: 47765 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | no ns dongle box Installed 3.11.16 earlier this week ,and now I get no NSdongle box option only com port and jaf box.I have uninstalled previous version before installing 3.11.16 and checked to see if dongle needed updating,but this was ok. When I check in device manager NSDongle box is detected and say's it's working properly,but I still have no NSDongle box showing when I run the software. Please help. Smed |

PLZ uninstall Nsdongle Box drivers and reinstall them. That should solve the Box detection problem. | |

Member: 47765 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 |  com 4 is emulated in device manager,when I select this port on software all is ok using ns box and cables.Just stange I don't get NSDongle box in window on the software.Anyway thank you Elco,alls well that end's well. Smed  |
