there is a litle bug in the last version pliz fix it
all type of phone whene I presse flash it give me flash servise !!!! only when I wana for X640 (that I have death phone) the soft freez and close

hi i try so many times but cant unlock this one with NS dongle what ist the problem
when i put the z500 kable in box and say some time usb kable was not reconized problem and some time go ok but after Unlocking...... geht the maessage operation Faild

any solution Thx

Some one more then me that have problems with the latest ver of NSDongle???

When i take x640 phone or some others i get error screen with

WRONG PARAMETERS

Please @Elco fix this bug, i have reinstalled several times and same all the time

1. Start the software
2. Select COM port
3. Select phone model

If you dont select the com port, you get that error.
I posted this in forum before. Just read the threads from this section.

Uninstall Nsdongle, download last version again, install it and try.

Try to use LG U8xxx USB cable. You also need to install LG USB drivers.

Unlock for U8290 work correctly on last Nsdongle version:
Nsdongle v3.11.6

@Elco did try this before i see your answer to me and it work..

The older Ver i did not need to select comport before i Select phone model, is this a bug or??

hi thx for help the usb driver i have already installed from the server
hmm the usb cable from z500 ist not ok ??? i schould buy another cable for the LG ??

That cable must work also... but you have the alternative.

No is not a bug. If you have Nsdongle Box, Nsdongle box will be displayed automatic.Com ports will available also with Nsdongle box.

I have installed and sucsessfully updated my dongle but every time i try and run NSDongle application....nothing happens??

I have tried unstalling and re-installing and restarting computer at all possible points.....still same problem?

Dongle seems to connect to server ok.....as it has been updated to latest vertion i get following

Diconnected from server
Update Rejected: already updated 3.11.2
Connected to server

PLZ set the correct time and date to your PC and check if dongle/box is correctly connected.
