can be that you card is expired and you have need to pay for renew, if have 1 year it's expired, post other screenshot from lower version where is visible data of expired card.

I got the same when I updated,I clicked the pay now button though and paid the 25 euro fee...almost a week ago

made no difference,I still get the same pop up when I try to load nspro

Have queried this on a new thread but no response as yet

Send you Paypal Transaction ID and card number to Elco in Skype, also not respond him solve you problem if is all ok with payment

i baught one nspro from a friend wen week ago -because i know who is MR elco of course- and i am informed about support activation but really i am totally surprised about the facte that you need activation support even for old software. really i never see this law in any other tools.
so my question for MR elco is:

all people pay for one thing in first time after this if activation is needed for their work they will make it if no they will juste use the basic software they have baught from you.
you are talking about researche and developpment for newest model but this is not the right cause for preventing us to use old software.
i dont have any problem with this activation but...... is this mean the following:

if you MR elco decide -and i think you have the right to do what you want to do with this project- to close this project, what will be nspro for us after activation expiration?

a hardware for nothing????

why not like other tools activation is needed only for using newest software and downloading firmware and useful file from support area????

i think this will be a good move from your side in favour of your customer.

Buddy I am sure that I will not renew NSPro Account..
If I compare NSPRO with other devices, than NSPRO doesn't deserve to be re-activated.
