problem i9505 FAILED - GSM-Forum

HI i have the message failed with nspro with S7070 but i didn't flash/root the phone.
Which file do i use to flash the phone ? I downloaded I9505_Root_v2 and I9505_File_for_Unlock_4.2.2
Do i have to root the phone ?
How to flash the phone? I don't want to brick it :x

You need write to phone this just file
I9505_File_for_Unlock_4.2.2
And after can do unlock procedure.
