Problem unlocking I9100

About two months ago I was unlocking this model easily with NSPRO, without put the phone in debugging usb. Now with this update, it changed that I have to put debugging usb, for direct unlock. I tried it several times and it says:
Bypasing Security (this may take up to 5 minutes)...
Unlocking phone...
Operation successfully completed

But when I inserted another network sim card it prompt up with: Insert Network Unlocking Code.

Can anyone explain to me how to unlock this phone now?

Man this is so simple android 2.3.6 and 4.0.x not supported just downgrade to 2.3.5 and all will work well.
Now almost all I9100 got android 4.0.x and becosue this you got this problem.
Before almost all got android 2.3.5 or lower and becouse this before work and now not.

Also this problem is happening to most of the android phone I tried to unlock.
For example, before I used to unlock the s5830 by typing on screen *#7284# then choose USB, connect cable, then type *#9090#, restart the phone and it goes through.
But now it ask to put in Debugging USB, and its not working this way.

Claro firmwares are hardlocked.
Flash the phone with unbranded firmware then unlock it.
