Registration.... "requested page not found" - GSM-Forum

Hi Elco,

hey got a major issue with registering my box (nspro)....I have downloaded the latest setup and tried to click support so i can register my box.... I get some error "requested page not found"... i have two browers firefox and explorer...

Can u breif me up abt going abt the registration...

i cant download files form support for several days now

coz' of that error....

well i fixed mine.........if u have to browers then...u just have to set internet explorer as ur default browser(dont use firefox)...

To do that u have to follow this procedure:

Click the Custom button once. From the list that appears, select Internet Explorer and then click the OK button.

Hope it resolves ur prob as it did mine....

Hey , Can anyone help me I ve just bought my NS pro and would like to logon support, there I m ask to register but the name of my reseller << IPMART china>> is not on the list reselers available on official support .....I m affraid to use a wrong reseller

u w3ill have to mail ur reseller asking abt this.... whom to select as ur reselller........

Thanks.... I was adviced to choose any reseller available on the list .....I did it and everything is ok now....
