Did you use the search function

what your asking is a taboo subject as it is illegal and as some one has stated this does encourage phone theft

but if it is for research purposes check here

Galexy i9000 IMEI feature

found this with a quick search its always your best option some people on here a professional unlockers and frown on what your asking

Thanks a lot brother, i know it's illegal, i just ask help (guide) in how to perform this operation, i didn't ask to do it for me, so i'm the lowbreaker here.
this low become to punish lowbreakers and thief, i'm not guailty if some one lose his phone and i found it, and why to drop the phone while i can use it? why this operation was not illegal before and know it is?!!

Any way thanks again for this professional answer.

friend, do a favor for us, here it's a professional forum not a penitence one.

enough for me to know that it's illegal to change IMEI, what to do with phone that i found it's my decision.

just to clarify, most of the mobile users pay for insurance so they are covered in case they lose there phone.
