the radio (phone) part of my omnia didn't work anymore, because a flashing failure. Elco could fix the problem fast.

Elco is simply awesome... If someone's still doubting and having a dead phone in the same time, go for Elco!
He repaired my phone in an hour, or so... I've head a dead radio. He's just kickass.
My phone - from the outside, of course - is exactly in the same way it was. Not even the screen protector was touched.

The post was a bit slow, but you can't blame Elco for that

To those who hesitating - I've got my PCB back within 2 weeks, though I'm in UK, cool service.

Actualy, the reparation take 10 minutes.
The rest is shipping time.
Like i writed on first post, there are 2 shipping options:

1. Airmail: cheap but slow
2. DHL, FEDEX, etc... max 3 days for delivery but very expensive.

So the total time depend on how much you are ready to spend on shipping...
You can get the phone back in 1 - 2 weeks and total cost is about 42 Euro (shipping by airmail)
Or you can get your phone back in 4 - 6 days and total cost is over 100 Euro (shipping by DHL)
