Rogers just introduced new model A516 how can we unlock that model , when will it be supported Elco ? Please add this model as it seems to be popular flip phone in NA and Canada .

Why wouldnt you buy it, we buy your software to unlock them and you cant buy them to make solution for it ? What do you do with sales money?
Go on wacations ?
Common if you need this models let us USA and Canada customers know so we can sell this models for your R&D , cause if we cant unlock most of Samsungs that we have avalable here , whats the use of software and the Box then ?
Your Partner UnlockCellular is based in USA he can easily get this models for you .

I am from Europe. And right now i am in Asia.
I cant buy USA phones from Europe or Asia.
Samsung make special models for Japan and USA.
And that models are harder for me to get.

btw... i never asked you, or someone alse to buy the phone for me.
Just for your info, i have ALL phones supported by NsPro.

models that arent supported or just happend to be supported just now after bieng on the market for year or so.
C417 got supported after 9 month
A706 never
A436 not yet
A516 not yet , we buy your product and have very limited support , WHY ??????????????

hitec, I think u need to calm down. this is not nice away to be rude when asking for help. We want to help so why dont you step up and help us? we posted post in official forums asking for customer to help us collect phones and so far only a few responded. HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN? WE NEVER ASK PHONE FOR FREE, WE ALWAYS PAY!

if making solution is that simple, all will have it already. We collect phones from all over the world. from USA I usually can handle it, but from out side usa we rely on customers , friends etc. If you want to help great, if you dont, then you just have to wait.

Please I need to remind to all customers, solution is NOT easy to be found. We can choose to find solution OR wait and copy others like some team doing now. Why dont you complain there is no bb5 solution after how many years? sony ci52 ? ...WAKE UP....

how many Samsung GSM models are available for US and Canada?
I know for sure that less then half than Europe/Asia:

Actual Europe models

Old Europe models

And like i told you before is much easyer and faster for me to get Europe models than Canada models.
USA Samsung phones are allredy supported by NsPro.

New Canada models are not supported yet because i dont have anyone in Canada to get them for me.

Gunawan i always apreciated your help and buying almost if not all products from you, my complaine is that ,i asked for Canadian models support many many times and never seen you or Elco asking to help you buy this models, you know i am a dealer in Canada , and can get you models Rogers of fido releases here , did you guys asked me for it ? Right now we have models that nothing can service , A706 , A516, A436 , A706 same as A707 with Rogers firmware , rest is new models. Whats the use of NSPRO for us ?
If you remember C417 & C327 were not supported up till discontinuation ,only by codes , no flashing no unlocking by NSPRO .
And i never been rude , im upset ,yes cause loosing business every day.
If You need phones let me know , but please stop ignoring posts about Canadian Market.

No no no, dont get me wrong, we never ignore the market. we have 2 people suppose to send us phone from canada and so far they come up short. listen to me, we are able to get the hard phones from japan etc so we will never ignore canada market. Send me email now and I will give you intruction where to send the phone directly to elco. email me at my regular sales email and let me know price also so you dont lose anything.

from now on, every canada samsung u need help contact me directly asap.

Okay, so now this thread is over 4 months old and I see still nothing has been done about the Canadian models requested. So it looks like someone here is not following through with what they say their going to do. What a bunch of nonsense. If you want to be serious unlocker then don't waste your time with one solution, there ARE other solutions on the market right now that can unlock the Samsung's you are requesting. As you can see NSPro team have little or no time for Canadian phones and are not making enough effort to obtain them. Just find alternative solutions that are willing to make efforts to North American phones and not just Europe and Asian markets.

You r right , its seems our market seems not to important for mr Elco, i'm also waiting for solution , but seems like will be switching to Easy Unlocker very soon , other tool suppoters like Vygis is on top of things , i sent phones to him few weeks ago and support is avalable now for all users of his tool , i also sent phone to unlockcellular A516 Rogers and model supported , but whats the story with A706 i dont understand , i had msg from unlockcellular that he has it and sending to Elco about a moth ago , there is still nothing , i meneged to flash A706 to Cingular ver , by changing boot , but doing it this way looses video call option as A707 doesnt have front camera like A706 so i guess its not hard to rewrite firmware to if i could do it with MultiLoader , but we need unlocked firmware >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
But Elco doesnt react to our conserns
