Use latest nspro version.

Type *#1234# on the phone to see the fw version.
If the fw version is S3370N... then your phone is S3370N

Select S3370 or S3370N on nspro then use GET INFO function and fallow the software instructions.
Make sure that the phone is detected as QUALCOMM Diagnostic interface on your PC.
