S3600 after custom reset no signal - GSM-Forum

Hi.

I just got a S3600 to unlock. Phone unlocked OK and works everything well.

To finish phone I make a custom reset and now phone dont have signal. It happend before with other handset (same model) but I though it was phone problem.
Now Iam sure the problem is in NS Pro procedure. How I can solve it?

write eeprom on the phone.
You can find eeprom files on NsPro support area.

I already tried EEPROM and fix IMEI. Phone still with no signal. It is not first time it happens with same model using NS Pro.

I tested phone before any operation.

Before and after unlock phone works OK
After custom reset phone no signal.

Plz Mr. Elco. Help to find a solution. I dont have money to pay this phone to customer! Iam 100% problem is in NS Pro operation!
