You need freeze code... and then enter unlock code !

relock your phone again you will got unfreeze code.

When you power on the phone with a sim card inside, it give you 2 options: SOS and CALL
Select CALL
then type in the 8 digit master lock code
the phone will be unfreezed then it will ask for net lock code. type in the net lock code and the phone will be unfreezed and unlocked.
