I've done 2 S3650 phone freeze and I had master code and net code
but this one no pass . Why?

Connect powered off phone to cable!
Reading data...
Reading data...
Waiting for 30 seconds for the phone to power on...
Operation failed!

check your drivers also phone fw version (as all supported for now)
