Operation failed! cable E210 SOLUTION  10000000000000%when soft will say CONTACT powered off phone do it and insert battery When it will say Waiting for 30 seconds......IMPORTANT TAKE OFF BATTERY INSERT IT BACK POWER ON ,INSERT USB CABLE NOT RJ45 CABLE AND LEAVE UNTIL , IT WILL BE FINISHED THATS IT BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE TO MAKE IT VERY QUICKLY Connect powered off phone to cable! Reading data Reading data Waiting for 30 seconds for the phone to restart... Unlocking phone. This may take a few seconds... Operation successfully completed |

Member: 477842 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 80 | i have problem with samsung drivers because I install nspro and after that when I connect samsung s5230, drivers are install automaticaly but not from nspro/samsung s5230 drivers. Any solution to install manualy drivers ? |

Member: 91045 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8,696 | Check Driver Name in Device Property find those file in system32 directory via search now delete them ... window will be unable to load driver will ask u to install from your source now give NSPRO folder.. Good luck |

Member: 722656 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1584918 Thanks Meter: 294 | well i had the same problem with a phone s5230 tried several times with all above methods, with rj45 cable only, with rj45+usb which comes togather and with rj45 and then usb separate cables but no luck. but when i tried after 1 hour, same computer, same cable (rj45 only) same phone, same box it is unlocked in first go. just attached the phone when it said after clicking on unlock and the phone turned on it self afther it says "Waiting for 30 seconds for the phone to restart..." i just selected pc studio afther phoned turned on Connect powered off phone to cable! Reading data Reading data Waiting for 30 seconds for the phone to restart... Unlocking phone. This may take a few seconds... Operation successfully completed i will only say keep trying |

Member: 627885 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 27 | I also have the above problems and I tried all suggestions but still operation failed each time Then I look in Device Manager when phone is connected and right click on Samsung USB modem and select Properties-Advanced and Port Setting. It was COM 48. I changed to COM 6 and tried once more and its done!!!  |

Member: 91045 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8,696 | Its Better Always if comport is set Between 1-15 Software search it easily and FAST but in above condition he have Driver issue he needed to install Correct driver removing Older ones First |
