S5350 Phone freeze deactivate fail - GSM-Forum

I have one S5350 i read code without a problem, but the problem appears when entering mastercode or net code: the phone is saying Phone freeze deactivate fail
Any solution ?

The solution was to let the phone on for a few hours with an unaccepted sim card and then to type master lock code then tap net lock code!
