| s5360 cant unlock s5360 cant unlock and i have done exactly what software say and nothing yet i also use this to root the fone Universal_GB_ROOT_v9 and fone no unlock the fone is from claro puerto rico version is 2.3.6 S5360LUHLA1 WHAT can i do to unlock this model mr elco thanks |

| flash the phone with a unbranded firmware then unlock it. South American providers often use hardlocked branded firmwares. Dont root the phone for unlock. Just fallow the nspro software instructions. |
