S8300 Imei Repair
 
Hi am unable to repair the imei on the above handset. I am able to read codes and unlock after I flashed files from support but am unable to repair imei, keep getting operation failed! Any solution to this problem?

Where exactly you get operation failed ?

After entering that code, tick "CONFIRM" on the phone and disconnect and reconnect the phone from cable.
Then, the phone should be detected as "QUALCOMM PROPRIETARY MODEM" on windows device manager.
Then click OK on NsPro and try to write IMEi again.

flash the phone with the firmware on support and then try again it should be ok and post result here thanks

sorry to jump in but fellt it best to keep it all in one thread i have followed the on screen *# instructions and it says all the correct things on the phone but when i re connect the cable it still comes up as a ZTE USB Modem 6000 COMA 1X in the device manager and i get opperation faild any help would be appreciated

Right click on that device and chose "Update Driver.
Then select the driver manualy.
You can find QUalcomm drivers on NsPro\NsPro Driver folder on your PC.

did that but still get checking serial comunications..... Opperation daild!

Change the com port number of Qualcomm diagnostic Interface then try again.

the diagnostic and NMEA com port where on the ZTE so i changed the drivers manualy to qualcomm and reasingd all my com ports to below 7 but still get the scanning then failed any suggestions:confused:

I just tested on latest nspro version and here is the result:

So there is something wrong on that PC.
PLZ try on different PC if possible.

ok tryed on other pc with fresh xp install but still the same i may have to guive it up as a bad job lol
