Samsung A867 How to reset the User Code - GSM-Forum

I have one A767 here, the phone have the user code (phone Code) activated and I need to know how can I reset this code or "read" with the NSpro.
I have try using the "Phone Info" option but all time have the "No Phone Found"

I can do the "Unlock" (Network unlock) but wehen I try to get the phone info can't conect thephone.

Can any one HELP ME?? Please.......

with flashing only Possible i Guess
use downloader 5.60 and flash file here

if your Connection mode is set for USB u can try Service job and reset phone lock option in NSPRO for A867 might work

if it turns on without sim card try *2767*3855# . factory reset, dosnt require flashing or the box.
