Samsung A897 unlock error.Please solve this problem.

When I try to unlock Samsung A897 it shows Program error and will be closed by windows.You will need the restart the program.An error log is being created.Every time this error message is comes.I will restart the program again also but error comes same.What is this problem?Is this model supports N.S.Pro 5.5.8 Version?Elco says A897 model supports this version.But this error message is comes.Can any body please solve this problem?Thanks in advance.

driver confliction in your system..
plz reinstall drivers from nspro root folder only..
Or download and install Samsung PC Studio

Thanks for your reply.I already do that two things.I uninstall N.S.Pro old versions and other samsung usb modem drivers also.And I download latest Samsung PC Studio Software and install also.After that also same problem facing.Now what can I do?

1. mUse latest nspro version from www.nsteam.org/download.html
2. Start nspro and select A897
3. Power on the phone
4. Go to phone menu-> settings -> Connectivity -> Select USB Mode
and select "Samsung PC Studio"
5. Type *#782872# on the phone then tap "Confirm"
5. Connect the phone to usb cable.
The phone should be detected as "Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9002" on windows device manager.
6. Type *#7465625# on the phone and leave the locks menu on the screen
7. Click GET INFO on the phone and wait for nspro to read and calculate the codes from phone.
8. Type in the codes to unlock the phone.

Hai Elco Sir.I was try number of times what you said those points step by step.But No use.Software will be shut down after that error message is came.Drivers are installed successfully.I select A897 model and power on phone and I type this *#782872# on the phone then tap "Confirm".After that I was connect the phone to usb cable.Phone is detected as "Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9002" on windows device manager.After that I Type this code*#7465625# on the phone and leave the locks menu on the screen.After that I click Get Info Button then The Error message will come.That message is N.S.Pro has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience.Please solve this problem.Sorry for my English.Thank you for understand.

NsPro v5.6.0 in this version also problem is same.Same error is came.when I press Get info it will shut down N.s.Pro software.Only for this model only it will happens.Even handset did not connect when we press Get info immediatly that error message cames.Please solve that BUG.

I will try what you said also.Same Problem facing.I was format My PC freshly and first I install N.S.Pro only and I install Box Drivers and A897 Handset drivers successfully.After that also same problem facing.I have another PC also.I will try in that PC also.Problem is same in that PC also.Now can I do?If you have N.S.Pro box install lastest version in your PC and go to model A 897 and press get info button after that it says enter this code in handset it says after that press ok button after that that error message is came.Even handset did not connect also that message is came.But in other handsets this problem is not came.

1. Tap keyboard then type *#782872# to puth the phone in qualcomm USB mode
2. Type *#197328640# on the phone then select 9-7-3 (USB--DIAG) on the phone
3. press end call to go back to home screen
4. connect the phone to USB cable and install the drivers when windows ask for them. you can find the drivers on NsPro Drivers/i7500 driver folder
After the drivers are installed, the phone should be detected like this on windows device manager:


5.Then type *#7465625# on the phone and leave the locks menu on the screen
6. start NsPro, select A867 then use GET INFO to read codes from phone (ignore the type in messages from the begining, as the codes are allredy typed on the phone)

7. type in the codes to unlock the phone.

You still dont read what i write on this forum...

Do you see any QUALCOMM HS-USB DIAGNOSTICS 9002 device on your picture?
I dont see any...


So install properly the QUALCOMM drivers then you will be able to unlock the pjone without any problem.
You can find the qualcomm drivers on NsPro folder from your PC.

Here i post the image again, maybe you can see the difference now:
