hi all

help.... please

got the new cable e210 and download the new soft 3.5.5.

trying to unlock the e210, but phone don't enter into test mode.

program kept saying operation failed.

why??????????

I've unlocked 3 pieces yesterday without any problem. Battery must be charged. Test your cable!

thanks for the reply, but can u share somg light as to how to?

cuz i try everything, i have three different cable from three supplier and they all didn't work.

is there any trick as to the unlocking?

Just tested again last NsPro version with E210
1. connected phone without battery to NsPro E210 cable (from teleway)
2. Started NsPro, selected E210 and Get Info
3. Phone powered on by himself and you can see the operation result on this picture:

For this operation, NsPro drivers must be correctly installed and autoignition feature must work on NsPro box (of chourse)

Does anybodyelse have this problem? I have a couple that is locked to optus Australia and I haven't been able to unlock them. I have tried with/without battery, I have tried with NsPro 3.5.5 and 3.7.0. Other models like E250, M300, C300 etc are ok.
These E210 always fail at trying to enter"test mode" (cable from iphone/ipmart). Could it be the different in phone s/w version...

u can try by phone on then unlock

1. connected phone with, without, powered on to Ns Pro E210 (from my reseller)
2.Started Ns pro, selected E210 and push on "get info" button.
3. Phone do not powered on.

Nspro drivers are not correctly installed on your PC. PLZ fix the drivers.
You can find the tutorial for drivers on official nsteam forum.

pls in future don't attach photo's with serial no. of your box! maybe some users abuse this numbers!
