i solved this by downgrading to 4.3 w this fw= AP_I337UCUEMK2_1921628_REV06_user_low_ship_MULTI_C ERT.tar - then rooted w saferoot and in turn done w z3x-you may be able to do with nspro but stay away from uart-maybe choose another i337 model variant that does use uart. perhaps this may help

Downgrade from NB1 to these:

you flashed only the AP_I337UCUEMK2_1921628_REV06_user_low_ship_MULTI_C ERT.tar.md5 FROM PDA SLOT AND CP_I337UCUEMK2_1921628_REV06_user_low_ship_MULTI_C ERT.tar.md5

and Root you phone w/o problem if for you not work towelroot.
