Samsung N7000 after unlock again ask or network unlock pin!! - GSM-Forum

after update galaxy note n7000 ask for netwrk lock code !!! i uninstall ns pro and delete from program files , install again fresh copy but no succes , before few days i have this problem with i9300 but unlocked after do this steps but this cannot , how to unlock this ?

Android Version: 4.0.3
Model: GT-N7000 N7000XXLPT
