unlock it using latest nspro version and the phone will be unfreezed and unlocked.

this is new security samsung,use last update 5.5.1 its free if you have ns pro activated less then 1 year otherwise you need to buy support for one year cost 40 euro your resseler can activate it in real time,suunnyy

i have s3110 phone freeze. i have ns pro 5.5.1 but it's not having the unlock option. It have only read code option. It's not having firmware on support. What can i do with ns pro?

use GET INFo function then enter the code manualy to unlock the phone.

and what do you do when u have freezed phone and NS pro Reads only network lock like the one i have? Networklock was disabled but phone is still in freeze mode.

The phone will Show "Phone freezed" And Will Give you 2 Options: "CALL" and "SOS"
Select "CALL"
Then Type in the Master Lock code Readed by Nspro And Tap OK
Then, the phone will ask for net lock code.
Just Type in The net lock code then tap OK

The Phone Will Be Unfreezed and unlocked.

Make Reset to Phone Then again try to Read Codes
Master Code Must be readed
As then can only phone gets UNfreezed
