samsung s7070 unlocking with nspro - GSM-Forum

hi
im trying to unlock the above fone,i follow the instruction,but nothing happens,im using normal usb cable,is this correct cable?any trck with these?thnx inadvance.

You need to use S7070 micro uart cable to unlock this model, I think its the same as Z3x
c3300 cable.

Click read info, connect phone to cable and then insert battery when asked.

just did that,with c3300z3x rj45 cable,im waiting for 4 minutes,still saying connect the bat to the fone,any idea whats going on mate,cheers.

It's a while since I did one of these, but I'm almost certain it should connect the phone straight away.

I did use a specific NSPro S7070 cable.The problem is that there many micro uart cables with different resistors in them on the market.

I think for this model it requires a 530k resistor.

when u say micro uart,do you mean the rj45 type?also just tried 2 different rj45 /uart cable,still dont get comms,but thnx anyway,they dont have to be in special kode do they?

Yes it's an rj45 type cable. As far as I am aware there is no special code.

Thnx paul,i tried all my uart cable from different unlocking stuff that i have, but none worked,so back to the square one,will order a new one,recomend any place,thnx

You can try fonefunshop in Sheffield or shineyourmobile, I've used both of these.

I wish you luck because these micro uart cables are a bloody nightmare because there are so many variations.
