Select T356 on NsPro and click GET INFO on NsPro.
If your phone have a new fw version on it, select T356t to read codes.

Then type in the unlock code readed by NsPro to unlock the phone.

Hello Elco,
Tried with both T356 and T356T as per your advise but without success:

a) *#782872# (enters Qualcomm mode)
b) Press OK on NSPro
c) On Phone Pressed End Key
d) Typed *#7465625* leaving locks menu on phone screen
e) Connected the cable to the phone and pressed OK on NSPro
f) Immediately it gives me "Operation Failed"

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your support once more.

If you get "Operation Failed" immediatly, the the phone drivers are not correctly installed on windows devicem manager.

The phone should be detected as "Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9002" on device manager.

Open windows device manager and install the drivers manually, or if there are other drivers installed, update the drivers manually and select to install new drivers files from Program Files/NsPro/NsPro Driver/Qualcomm Drivers folder on your PC.
