SAMSUNG T749 Freeze HELP!

Im trying to get a master code but every time i press "read Info" im getting this:
Checking Serial Communication
Operation Failed

After rading info. power on the phone with non accepted sim.Than hit sos call>enter master code>enter net lock code>hit ok or confirm.after clicking ok or confirm after this if phone ask for any other code just enter the respected code and hit ok or confirm .

Could you please elaborate where he asked he is not able to unlock his device
and where are the code's which he have to put,Don't miss guide the user if you don't the problem of user

Look like you have Korean phone in your hand
Check the model under the battery it is T749 or T749b,m,i,etc.
If it is T749 so flash your one with a good flash file and then try to read code's

At the very first try to do a reset by dialling *2767*3855# and then follow the guide of Nspro-software to unlock your phone

Yes its a T749... ThaNK You for your help.. I will try to find a good flash file...

Found the Flash file... install Qualcomm drivers.. still the same thing "Phone not found".
my computer is 64-bit maybe thats the problem. Qualcom drivers only for 32-bit
